or beauty hydration toner, do i whipe it off after applying and wash with water????

is that a day or night cream?|||Usually a milk-must be wiped off with wet cloth, or was it with water
A toner must be applied by cotton or a cloth but let it dry
Then a lotion or a cream but in top depending, if its night then apply the night cream and vise-versa!
This is a process that you must use in logic regardless of any brand!
