There are a lot of different ones, be specific and post up a picture. YSL doesn't design just one, there are many different designs with the same templates, etc.
But stores will have copies soon enough, if the fashion fits and a mass number of people like it. It may not be the same style, but it will look similar. If it doesn't hit it big with the mass public, then stores won't recreate it (like Walmart- they didn't sell skinnies a few years back, but they do now, I think.)
Or you could always try EBay...
